The referral process is straightforward. Referrers can submit a referral form on our website or contact our intake team directly. We will review each referral to ensure that we can meet the individual’s needs. After the initial assessment, we will schedule a meeting with the potential resident to discuss their situation and the support we can provide. PLEASE Note that one must be referred by a social worker, the local authority, the NHS or any other relevant worker(s).
The duration of stay can vary significantly based on individual needs and progress. Typically, residents can stay anywhere from a few months to a couple of years. We are committed to providing the necessary support until individuals feel confident in their ability to live independently. Regular reviews ensure that each resident is supported throughout their journey, adjusting the stay duration as needed based on their goals and development.
