About Us

Who We Are

Success Link was established to secure, provide, and manage supported housing for individuals with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, autism, cognitive impairments, and other support needs. We recognise that people requiring specialist support often face significant barriers when accessing accommodation within the wider private housing market. Our mission is to empower individuals to exercise genuine choice and control over where and how they live by creating housing opportunities and facilitating access to appropriate care and support services within their local communities.

Success Link operates as a not-for-profit organisation and is incorporated as a Company Limited by Guarantee (Company No. 15904364). As a non-profit organisation, any surplus generated is reinvested into the delivery and development of our housing and support services, and no profits are distributed to members, directors, or shareholders.

In accordance with the Housing Associations Act 1985, Success Link meets the definition of a housing association. Furthermore, for the purposes of the Housing Benefit Regulations 2006, Success Link is a voluntary organisation, being a body whose activities are carried out otherwise than for profit.

Where residents are accommodated because they have identified care, support, or supervision needs, our housing provision may fall within the definition of Specified Accommodation under the Housing Benefit and Universal Credit (Supported Accommodation) (Amendment) Regulations 2014. This includes accommodation provided by a relevant body where residents have been admitted in order to meet care, support, or supervision needs and receive such support alongside their housing.

Success Link works in partnership with local authorities, care and support providers, health professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure residents receive high-quality accommodation and appropriate support that promotes independence, wellbeing, and long-term tenancy sustainment.

As an independent supported housing provider, Success Link delivers housing in accordance with applicable housing, welfare, health and safety, safeguarding, and equality legislation, while remaining committed to the highest standards of governance, accountability, and person-centred service delivery.

Please note: Success Link is an independent, voluntary supported housing provider and is not a Registered Provider of Social Housing. Our services are delivered in accordance with the relevant legislative and regulatory framework applicable to supported housing providers in England.
