SUCCESS LINK SUPPORTED HOUSING

At Success Link Supported Housing, we are committed to empowering vulnerable individuals by providing safe, secure, and high-quality accommodation alongside tailored support services that promote independence and long-term tenancy sustainment.

We support people who are experiencing homelessness, are at risk of homelessness, or are facing challenging life circumstances. Our services are designed to meet the needs of individuals with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, cerebral palsy, and other cognitive or physical impairments. We also provide dedicated support for care leavers and other vulnerable adults requiring assistance to establish and maintain stable housing.

Through a person-centred approach, we work closely with each resident to develop essential life skills, improve wellbeing, build confidence, and achieve positive outcomes. Our goal is to help every individual secure a sustainable future, maintain independence, and thrive within their community.

About Us Success Link is a not-for-profit supported housing provider dedicated to empowering individuals with social care-related needs to live independently and sustain successful tenancies within their own homes. Our organisation was established in response to the growing challenges faced by vulnerable people in accessing safe, stable, and supportive accommodation. These needs have shaped our mission: to create an inclusive environment where every individual can experience security, dignity, and a genuine sense of belonging. We believe that everyone deserves a safe place to call home. Through the provision of high-quality, affordable accommodation and tailored support services, we help residents overcome barriers, build confidence, and achieve greater independence. Our person-centred approach focuses on promoting wellbeing, developing essential life skills, and supporting individuals to engage positively with their communities. We work closely with each resident to identify their goals, maximise their potential, and create pathways towards a more stable and fulfilling future. At Success Link, we do more than provide housing—we create opportunities for people to thrive, maintain long-term tenancies, and lead independent, meaningful lives.

WHAT WE OFFER

Person Centered Model

Our Approach At Success Link, we believe in delivering a person-centred service where every resident is treated with dignity, respect, and compassion. We recognise that each individual has unique needs, aspirations, and circumstances, and we tailor our support to help them achieve greater independence and maintain a successful tenancy. To ensure our residents receive the highest standard of support, we conduct Fortnightly Intensive Housing Management (IHM) visits. These visits enable us to regularly engage with tenants, ensure they are satisfied with their accommodation, and address any concerns promptly. During these visits, we review rent accounts, carry out property inspections to ensure homes are maintained to an acceptable standard, and assist with maintenance issues and minor repairs where required. Our dedicated team works hard to build strong, trusting relationships with residents, creating a supportive environment where individuals feel valued, listened to, and empowered. By combining quality housing with proactive housing management and personalised support, we help residents maintain stable tenancies, improve their wellbeing, and achieve positive long-term outcomes. Collaborative Partnerships

At Success Link, we recognise that effective supported housing extends beyond the provision of accommodation. That is why we work collaboratively with a wide network of professional partners to ensure our residents receive the support they need to achieve stability, independence, and positive long-term outcomes. We maintain strong partnerships with local authorities, social services, NHS services, care and support providers, community organisations, private landlords, and letting agencies. By working closely with these organisations, we are able to identify suitable accommodation options and deliver a holistic package of support tailored to the individual needs of each resident. Our collaborative approach enables residents to access a broad range of services, including housing support, health and wellbeing services, social care, education, employment guidance, and community-based resources. These partnerships help us create a safe, supportive, and sustainable living environment where individuals can develop the skills and confidence needed to live independently. Through effective partnership working, we ensure that our residents receive coordinated, person-centred support that promotes wellbeing, strengthens tenancy sustainment, and empowers individuals to build brighter, more independent futures.
